Frank Conversation (2013) by Quality Road out of Rushen Heat (Unusual Heat) will stand at Rockridge Stud in Hudson beginning in 2019. The multiple graded stakes winner and Grade 1 stakes-placed runner raced in the colors of J. Paul Reddam.

The son of Quality Road broke his maiden at two at Santa Anita and won his first graded stakes, the Grade 3 El Camino Real Derby, at three. He additionally captured the Grade 2 Twilight Derby at Santa Anita, following up with a third-place finish in the Grade 1 Hollywood Derby later that year. He retires with earnings of $520,965 and a record of 19-4-2-4.

Frank Conversation’s dam, Rushen Heat, is a full-sister to Grade 1 stakes winner and millionaire Unusual Suspect and Grade 1 stakes winner Golden Doc A.

“Quality Road is on fire right now, and we think Frank Conversation provides a great opportunity to breed to that sire line in New York,” said Rockridge owner and director, Lere Visagie. “We are syndicating the horse and will also offer lifetime breeding rights as options to breeders.”

Frank Conversation is currently in Lexington, KY and will be available for inspection throughout the Keeneland September Yearlings Sale.
