Anne Morgan and Tim Little’s Mill Creek Farm near Stillwater will be open for stallion viewing, along with a cup of coffee and a snack, each Saturday in January from 12-4:00 p.m. For the convenience of breeders, it is also possible to see the farm’s stallions by appointment any day that month.
Mill Creek Farm is home to Sir Whimsey (Jump Start) whose first foals are now three. In 2015 he sired two stakes performers: 3-year-old filly Take Issue who won the Park Avenue division of the New York Stallion Stakes series and 3-year-old Organic Gemini, runner-up in the NYSS Times Square division for colts.
Mill Creek’s second stallion, Rule By Night (Malibu Moon), entered stud in 2013 in Ontario. His first US foal was born in 2015.
