Group 2 winner Midas Touch (GB) to Rockridge Stud

[1]Group 2 winner Midas Touch (GB) will stand at Rockridge Stud[2] in Hudson, NY in 2016, as announced on Tuesday. The 6yo son of Galileo is relocating from KY.

Midas Touch (Galileo (IRE) – Approach (GB) by Darshaan (GB)), a stakes winner at 2, won the Gr.2 Derrinstown Stud Derby Trial at 3, and was multiple Gr.1 placed at 3 and 4.

Says Rockridge’s Lere Visagie, “Midas Touch adds a different sire line and physical type to our roster. He will be the only son of Galileo standing in New York and gives our breeders a great opportunity to bring in European bloodlines.”

Midas Touch previously stood at War Horse Place in Lexington, KY and will have his first 2-year-olds in He will stand for a fee of $3,500 LFSN.
