Grade 1 stakes winner Dayatthespa to be offered at F-T November

New York-bred Grade 1 stakes winner Dayatthespa, by City Zip out of M’Lady Doc will be offered at The November Sale at Fasig-Tipton on Monday, November 3,2014 as part of the Lane’s End consignment.

Dayatthespa’s career includes 8 black-type wins, of which 3 are graded stakes wins. In her most impressive win to date, Dayatthespa defeated 6 individual Grade 1 winners in the 2012 G1 Queen Elizabeth II Challenge, including Better Lucky, Centre Court, Somali Lemonade and Stephanie’s Kitten. On Sunday she scored in the Yaddo Stakes at Saratoga, and has now won at the New York racecourse for four consecutive years. A model of consistency, Dayatthespa has hit the board 13 times in 16 career starts, going into her fall race campaign with earnings of $948,892.

Dayatthespa is owned by Jerry Frankel, Ronald Frankel, Steve Laymon, and Bradley Thoroughbreds.  Trained by Chad Brown throughout her career, Dayatthespa is currently pointing towards the Grade 1 First Lady Stakes at Keeneland.
