An individual membership provides one named individual with the benefits listed below at a rate of $150.00 per year. A joint membership provides two named individuals with the benefits listed below at a rate of $200.00 per year and a $325.00 corporate membership entitles the named corporation with four corporate cards and pins which are not designated to a particular individual.
