 New Legislation Benefits Equine Industry
Members of the equine industry will benefit from revisions to the Federal tax code via the
Economic Stimulus Act of February and the recently passed Farm Bill. These two provisions
will affect buyers’ decisions in 2008 and planning for tax years 2009 and beyond.
